inCase Legal App received a private investment of £ 1.5million in May 2020 and is pleased to announce its first acquisition of the award-winning digital quote generator, QuoteXpress.
This acquisition is the result of the growth of inCase which enhances the portfolio of products offered to its clients in the legal sector.
Sucheet Amin, founder and CEO of inCase speaks positively about the new acquisition:
“QuoteXpress is phenomenal software that perfectly complements our inCase solution. This now gives us the ability to support law firms that want to offer the total digital journey to their clients.
Speaking on the impact of the Covid pandemic, Sucheet added,
“Law firms have had to adopt new technologies almost overnight in the wake of the pandemic. There was a frantic time as companies adapted to new working practices that required technology to support them. We saw the opportunity to enrich our portfolio of highly demanded services and seized the opportunity to do so. “
Established in Sheffield 2014, QuoteXpress has developed a fantastic quote calculator with impressive reporting and matching tools. Designed for the transfer of ownership industry, law firms can present their own branded version and benefit from additional features such as payment processing, integrating with major account packages in the market.
inCase has been at the forefront of the digitalization of the legal sector and has demonstrated this with the introduction of its revolutionary new functionalities such as the electronic signature of deeds of transfer launched in 2021. An offer of quotation tools will improve all the technological services offered by inCase and allow law firms to have a complete communication service for the benefit of clients and staff.
Rob Hosier, Director of Sales and Marketing inCase mentionned:
“At inCase, we have the vision that a potential transfer of ownership client could get an offer accepted on a property on Saturday and Monday morning, their designated carrier has the instruction protocol forms, engagement letter and digital identity verification documentation in their inbox – ready to go. “
inCase will continue to support the existing client base of just over 40 law firms and will seek to integrate QuoteXpress into the inCase digital ecosystem.
inCase was advised by David Easdown and Ryan Tweedale of Knights and QuoteXpress was advised by Dr Heather Anson of Digital Law.
