Serviy, the enterprise self-service platform for hospitality, has launched its first airport marketplace program in Australia.

Passengers at Adelaide Airport can use the ADL Order Now platform to order food, drinks, confectionery and wine through their personal digital devices. They can choose from iconic South Australian brands such as Penfolds Wine Bar and Kitchen, Coopers Alehouse and Southern Providore. Eight operators at Adelaide Airport are live on the marketplace platform for digital orders, with more options to come throughout 2022.

Jeff Livney, Director of Experience at Serviy, said; “We are proud to expand into the Asia-Pacific region and excited to work with Adelaide Airport to bring our self-service solutions to more passengers and travel hospitality outlets in Australia.

“ADL Order Now offers a convenient solution for time-pressed travelers to make quick, contactless purchases from their digital device, taking some of the stress out of their trip. We look forward to bringing more operators to the service throughout the year to further enhance the travel experience at Adelaide Airport.

Adelaide Airport is Australia’s fifth largest domestic and international airport. The aviation gateway to South Australia, it handles over eight million passengers a year.

The launch of ADL Order Now will mark Servy’s first venture into South Australia. The company already operates its Kiosk and [email protected] solutions at sites across Australia, with existing partnerships with hotel operators.
